Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes – orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method, and confirmation will be sent via email to info@noorae.com.
Why the 24-hour window?
Once an order is placed, we immediately begin processing, which may include customization, stitching, packaging, and dispatch. Many items may already be in production within the first 24 hours.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
No returns are not accepted.
Conditions for Return
We accept returns if:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, a deduction may apply for any loss in value.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package if you notice any damage or issue with your order.
Changes to Orders
If you forgot to include critical details (e.g., shipping address, measurements), reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your order before it’s processed.
