Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes – orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method, and confirmation will be sent via email to info@noorae.com.
Why the 24-hour window?
Once an order is placed, we immediately begin processing, which may include customization, stitching, packaging, and dispatch. Many items may already be in production within the first 24 hours.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
However, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Stitched dresses

Hand-embellished products

Customized or made-to-measure garments

Conditions for Return
We accept returns if:

You received an incorrect item.

The item has a manufacturing defect.

There are fabric issues that cannot be resolved.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, a deduction may apply for any loss in value.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package if you notice any damage or issue with your order.
Incorrect or Faulty Orders
If the issue was on our end (e.g., wrong item shipped or a manufacturing defect), you are entitled to one of the following:
